1. Selecting an offer 

Press BUY on the menu bar. In the search box type in your search criteria to narrow down the search results, or leave default settings as is, to see all available offers. Press SEARCH button.  

Now you see search results with all available offers. Each row represents one separate offer. Select one, preferably with the highest reputation score and a large number of transactions. 

If you don’t see the exact amount you wish to buy it is not a problem: in the LIMITS column you can see the smallest and the largest amount you can buy from the offer. Click on it to see the offer details. Read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you can go back and choose the offer that suits you. 

Type in the amount you want to buy either in BTC or in USD.   

2.  Making transaction

Transactions are safe. Once you press START THE TRADE button, we take the seller’s digital assets and move them to escrow. After clicking the button, be ready to pay - there is usually a specific payment window, interval of time during which you will have to send the funds to the seller.

In the green line at the top you will see a countdown of the payment window. Make sure you complete the payment before the time runs out. Otherwise trade will be automatically cancelled. 

Click I HAVE PAID button. The seller will receive a message that you have paid and will release the bitcoins from the escrow. 

Now you can check your balance, digital assets should appear in your Cryptster wallet immediately. 

If something goes wrong you can always dispute the trade. Just click the red DISPUTE button and our resolution specialist will join the chat for mediation of the issue.
